We aim to create a 'multicultural global campus', where international and Japanese students can develop interpersonal skills applicable globally through Japanese and international students living together and providing an environment where students, faculty and university staff from inside and outside the university can further themselves through friendship and rivalry, beyond the barriers of language and culture.

Each person on-campus will be expected to accept the diverse value sets beyond the barrier of languages through studying and living in multicultural settings. We will actively encourage human resources exchanges between partner institutions and strengthen international compatibility. We will promote such human resources exchanges in cooperation with our overseas education base at Penang and many partner universities.
